Carol Dragon is a New York City based photographer. Her photography has been internationally exhibited and collected. Carol is one of the featured photographers in the recently released 100 New York Photographers (Schiffer Publishing, 2009) by Cynthia Dantzig. She has also had images published in The Photo Review, Pinhole Journal, and Metrolife and a number of other publications.

She currently teaches digital photography and lighting at the International Center of Photography in New York and has done a number of workshops in Italy, Dubai and Maine. She consults for corporations and works with individual photographers who wish to know more about digital imaging, Photoshop, Lightroom, color management and printing. Clients include CBS, Scholastic Publishing, AOL Time Warner and Anson Mills. She has a BFA and an MAT from Rhode Island School of Design.

Photography and food are her passions. Creating Tasting Adventures is how she married them.
